Be prepared, be accommodating!
My first teacher (and family pastor) has had his " homegoing" as his daughter puts it. We will have his memorial graveside this Saturday with all of his family, 25 of them are flying in to attend, making it a family reunion and memorial together. It will be nice to see them all again.
Last night I asked Spring where she would like us buried when the time comes. "Oh, somewhere convenient".
"Maybe next to Walmart? Would that be convenient?"
"Between Walmart and Lowe's would be good."
We just want to please the kids but we're thinking sprinkling the ashes in 4 states might be better!

you taught us that ashes make a great non-skid surface for the icy walkways, rather than salt. what better way to go out then to help people not to slip?

you mean none of your kids will drive 2 and a half hours each way to put fresh flowers there every memorial day? Did you ever do that trip with Grampa Day?!
second thoughts, I like Luke's idea!
