Painting in Maine

My assignment for the summer from my painting teacher was to do some "paint sketches" out in the open, just painting the basic shapes and not worrying about detail etc.

So today is my day off.....and I'm sitting in front of the computer in the basement... grrrr... because it's pouring rain out!

Just Relax

Good news from the check up this week. My blood pressure is 106/64! It has been much higher since the onset of the Big M but this year it's down 20 points on both ends.

It makes me wonder......is it the relaxing times in the new screen tent, ...........the 1/2 ounce of chocolate after dinner.....or maybe I'm dying.....Who can know these things?
